When ordering or receiving art from me, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service.Failure to comply may result in a warning. For serious offenses, you will be blacklisted.

payment & art process

• I take payment through Paypal invoice only before I begin a piece. If I am unable to complete it, a full refund of what you paid will be issued to you.• If you wish to cancel a piece, I will only provide a full refund if the piece has not yet been started. If it has been started but is in its early stages, I can provide a partial refund. If it has been almost completed, no refund can be provided.• I will not refund you if you do not like the final product. If there is an error that is a fault I made, I will attempt to fix it to the best of my ability with no extra cost.• However, if you are the one that left out a detail, I will have to charge extra for further modifications, so please make sure you give me as much information as possible on what you want.• Additionally, I can send work-in-progress shots, so please let me know if you need any changes then. In the WIP stage it’s much easier to edit, so let me know early on.

copyright & usage policy

• Commissions are for personal use only, unless discussed otherwise.• As the artist, I am allowed to post the drawing on my social media accounts and portfolio. Proper credit given will be given regarding character ownership and commissioner. Please let me know if you’d like me not to post beforehand.• If you wish to modify my art, you may only do so only for commissions that I have done for you. You are not allowed to modify my art if it is not for you.

rights as an artist

• I have the full right to decline any commission I feel uncomfortable drawing may it be for whatever reason. Please respect this.• If you file a chargeback despite my completion of the work, you will immediately be blacklisted. If the chargeback goes through and the payment is refunded, your rights to use my art are also voided.
